Downtime for support.eveonline.com due to maintenance
The support.eveonline.com and supporttest.eveonline.com websites are currently offline while we perform some necessary maintenance.
During this downtime the Knowledge Base, website petitions and the management site for the customizable API keys are unavailable. These services will be available again as soon as possible, no schedule can be given at the moment though.
Our Customer Support can still be reached by either creating an in-game petition or by sending an e-mail to
support@eve-online.com. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this downtime.
