Update 2/3/2010 4:15 PM EST - This issue has been resolved. Character transfers are now functioning normally.Greetings!
Due to technical difficulties, character transfers are currently
unavailable. We are actively investigating this issue and hope to have
it resolved as soon as possible. At this time we have no ETR.
